Internal Evaluation and Coordination Activities in the “Friendly Üsküdar with Participatory Approach” Project Continue Unabated!
We would like to inform you about the latest developments of the “Friendly Üsküdar with Participatory Approach” project. Our project team attaches great importance to internal evaluation and coordination activities in order for the project to progress successfully and achieve its goal.
The Role of Internal Evaluation and Coordination in Projects
Any project requires internal evaluation and coordination to be managed effectively and to achieve its objectives. The “Friendly Uskudar with Participatory Approach” project is also managed in the light of these principles. Internal evaluation and coordination strategies are used to effectively plan and monitor the different stages of the project and make adjustments when necessary. The results of internal evaluation and coordination activities are an indicator of the project’s progress in a more effective and result-oriented manner.
Progressing Step by Step to Our Goal
The internal evaluation process of the project is used to determine how close the project has come to its objectives and in which areas improvements need to be made. This process aims to increase the impact of the project by evaluating the feedback and experiences of the participants. At the same time, effective communication and co-operation between different teams is ensured through internal coordination activities to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
Effective Communication with Participants and Stakeholders
Internal evaluation and coordination is important not only for the project team but also for the participants and stakeholders. The opinions, suggestions and experiences of the participants and stakeholders are taken into account to make the project more effective and useful. This approach ensures that the project responds to real needs and contributes more to strengthening social cohesion.
We are stronger together and together we increase the contribution of our project to social cohesion!
